The way

I have been working with leather for thirty years. I started by making small jewellery for my wife.

The breakthrough happened after a long term stay in the atelier of Jan Brabenec in Wienna, where I was by the end of 1980's. Approximately from that time I began to create larger pieces, such as pictures, sculptures, clocks, mirrors, book covers, cases...

With increasing years I try to to change my approach to the work. There is less "showy colors" and remains only beautiful natural material... leather.
